Year 11 Parents & Pupils Event – Thursday 30th March – 3pm to 6:30pm
“How to help your child through their English, Maths & Science GCSE exams”
We are now only 6 weeks away from the start of the GCSE exams. In order to support you through this challenging process, we are running an event targeted at English, Maths and Science.
You and your child will have the opportunity to have a 10 minute consultation with your child’s subject teachers in English, Maths and Science, giving them the opportunity to talk to you directly about how you can help your child get the best grades possible. During the event you will also be given materials to aid your child to revise effectively throughout the vital weeks leading up to the GCSE exams.
Making Appointments
The school uses an online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your appointment times with your child’s teacher and receive an email confirming your appointment. The system will allocate 10 minutes per appointment.
Please visit https://nlc.parentseveningsystem.co.uk to register. Once registered you can book your appointments when the event goes live on the website at 6pm on Monday 20th March 2023 and will close on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 8pm.
Every pupil who attends will receive 10 Core SFA achievement points, which they have been collecting since January, in order to qualify for the Prom or £50 voucher.
