On site lateral flow COVID test information - Tuesday 7th and Friday 10th September
As you are aware, prior to school commencing next week students will be required to undertake an on-site lateral flow COVID test.
Please note the information below applies to all parents who completed the consent form sent on 12th August for their child to be tested on site. If you have not given consent and would now like your child to be tested, families can pick up test kits from local pharmacies or order them through the NHS website https://www.gov.uk/order-coronavirus-rapid-lateral-flow-tests
Students will be expected to arrive within their allocated time slot below for their year group via the main reception entrance. Their usual entrances will not be open for the testing dates.

In order to support all students and staff safely through this testing process, we advise that students can only arrive during their allocated time slot. If they arrive outside of this window, we will not be able to facilitate their test, and will be sent home with a test to complete at home.
The results from their test will be sent directly to you once their results have been uploaded. School will make contact with any positive test results.
