ETA of an Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for pupils with complex, communication & interaction (CCI) needs
Grade 6, 32.5 hours, term time plus 2 days, fixed term to April 2027 initially
Netherhall Learning Campus Junior School, Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) are looking to appoint dedicated, resourceful, imaginative and creative staff to work with students who have Complex Communication and Interaction (CCI), ASC and ADHD needs.
This is a great opportunity and time to join the team, as we start our new venture. You can grow and develop professionally, alongside colleagues, as the ARP continues to provide the very best support, care and guidance for our students as they travel with us through their learning journey.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and creating the new facilities, resources and curriculum whilst supporting students and families along the way.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate good communication and language skills, understand the importance of being part of a team, have a knowledge of the complexities of need highlighted within young people’s Education, Health Care Plan (EHCP) and be resilient and compliant to their statutory and moral obligations as a trusted adult.
The role will involve supporting students, to make good academic and social progress in the ARP and mainstream lessons, through a clear knowledge and understanding of the student’s personal needs, strategies for learning, intervention and good communication with all stakeholders.
